Can
you send
me a catalog or flyer?
A:
All
products are available online only.
While we have neither a paper catalog nor a physical
store location, you can browse our full array of products and
accessories on our website 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.

What
methods of payments do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards
Q:
When
will my order ship?
A:
Items
generally ship within 3 to 5 business days, beginning
the day after you place an order.
Personalized items may take up to 10 days to process before shipping.
Shipping date differs from arrival date,
which
also takes longer (see below). For your convenience, you may check the status of your order online anytime
by
selecting to the Login
on the top right portion of
the California Dream Life home page.
Q:
How will my order be sent? And how long
will it take to arrive?
A: Our
standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Generally, orders take 7 to 10
business days for delivery. Personalized
items may take up to 10 days to process before shipping.
Q:
Do you accept rushed orders?
A.
Because
working with selected carriers has been a problem in the past, we no
longer do rushed shipments. Rushed shipments were a stressful
scenario
for both our customers as well as our staff, so we have eliminated this
option so that we can care for every order on a more personalized basis
without preferred service to selected clientèle. We can
now
assure
that we will keep on top of every order and let you know well in
advance if any issue has come up where you may need to cancel or modify
you order. Please plan accordingly for your shipment and we will
take
care of the details to make sure you receive your order as soon as
possible.
Q:
How much do you charge for
shipping?
A:
Shipping
charges are determined by the total weight of your
package and will be displayed during
the checkout process once a shipping address has been entered
Be sure to enter all pertinent
information with regards to your shipping address, such as apartment
numbers, for correct
delivery.
Q: Do
you ship orders outside of the US?
A:
Unfortunately,
we only ship throughout the Unites States. We
can, however, ship to a third
party. If you have a friend or relative in the States, you can have us
ship your gifts to them and they, in turn,
may reship the packages to you.
Q: Do
you ship to PO boxes or APOs?
A:
Unfortunately
we are not able
to ship to PO or APO boxes or to addresses outside of the United States.
Q: What
is your policy on unclaimed or
refused shipments?
A:
Unclaimed
shipments that are returned to California Dream Life will be refunded
minus all shipping cost. Refused packages returned will be refunded from the order
minus all shipping costs incurred. The
customer
will be contacted by email only.
Q: What
happens if I have moved before I
received my order or I put in the wrong address?
A:
Please
plan accordingly for the
arrival of your purchase. Verify
your shipping address carefully
before submitting your order. It is the customer's responsibility to
ensure
that addresses given to us as
a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If the package is left at the door, it will be the
customers' sole responsibility to ensure receipt. In the
event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after
package has been scanned into
the UPS system, California Dream Life is not responsible for any delay
or additional charges that may incur as a
result of changes made by the customer.
Q: Do
you accept returns?
A:
We
do accept returns on
non-personalized items within 15 days of purchase.
Items
must be returned in their original form and
packaging. Absolutely no returns
will be
accepted after 15 days calculated
from the UPS delivery date. Please
contact customerservice@CaliforinaDreamLife.com
for an RMA number. Without an RMA
number our shipping department will not accept
your
returned package. All return packages
are shipped at the customer's
expense with the exception of items received by the customer that do not match their order.
After
we
receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email
confirming the credit total that has
been issued. Credit should appear on your card in 3 to 5 business days after receiving your email. Please
allow adequate time for your banking institution to process
the credit.
Candle
Disclaimer: On the detail pages of our candles we clearly
warn that these items should not be ordered during times when outside
temperatures are expected to be high.
We do not offer refunds for candles that have melted during the
delivery
process. Please plan carefully if you
wish to order these items.

PLEASE
TAKE NOTE:
The
customer is
responsible for
shipping. We do
not refund
shipping
charges. No
credit is given for lost packages. Non-returnable items, such as
personalized
products, returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender, nor
credited
to their account.
